How I work

The machine room: AI agents doing real operational work

This is what "AI-native" actually means in my day-to-day. One example — my ad-production pipeline, running today:
  1. 01A campaign brief lands in a Google Sheet. No one clicks "generate".
  2. 02A headless AI agent session picks it up and produces finished ad creative — video edits with TTS voice-over, plus image variants.
  3. 03Output is materialized automatically: files to Drive, copy to Docs, status back to the sheet.
  4. 04Humans do one thing: approve. What used to be a designer's week is now a queue.

Same pattern elsewhere: an AI booking agent answering a clinic's WhatsApp, and BigQuery→Sheets reporting automation that killed end-of-day spreadsheet marathons for an entire team.
